Returns and Exchanges
Please ship all online purchase returns and exchanges back using the prepaid label provided in the original parcel. Returns must be in new and restock-able condition. We do not accept exchanges or returns for worn or laundered items unless a defect in manufacturing is found.
For unlaundered items in restock-able condition purchased within the last 60 days, there’s no need to call us! Simply return the item(s) using the prepaid label. Please save your tracking number for your security.

We don’t accept exchanges or returns purchased from other retailers or other online stores.
Items purchased as a gift cannot be returned for cash. Gift items may only be exchanged for a similarly priced item. If you have questions regarding exchanging a gift, please contact customer service. Grundéns does not accept returns or exchanges on any item marked “Final Sale”. Exchange deliveries are pursuant to merchandise availability, delivery, and weather conditions.
We generally process returns the following business day after receiving them.
